Chonk Out — Privacy Policy

Chonk Out ("the Game") is developed and published by Kyro Games ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the Game handles and why.

Data we do NOT collect

We do not ask for or store your name, e-mail address, contacts, photos, location, or any account credentials. The Game has no chat and no user-to-user interaction. Game progress is stored only on your device.

Children

The Game is made for a mixed audience that includes children under 13, and we treat every player as a child. That means:

• Ads are contextual only. They are never personalised, and no interest-based targeting or remarketing is used.
• No advertising identifier is collected or transmitted — not the Android advertising ID (AAID) and not the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA). The Android build ships without the advertising-ID permission.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and with the Google Play Families policy.

Advertising

The Game shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and its mediated ad networks. To serve and measure ads, these partners may process:

• Device information (model, OS version, language)
• Coarse, non-precise region (derived from IP address)
• Ad interaction events (views, taps)

The Game does not track you across other companies' apps and websites, and it does not use an advertising identifier. On iOS it does not request the App Tracking Transparency permission. Ads are chosen from the context of this game alone, never from your activity elsewhere. Our ad partners are configured for child-directed treatment, and ad content is restricted to a general audience rating.

Analytics and crash reporting (iOS)

On iOS the Game uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to see how the Game is played and to find and fix crashes: for example which levels are started, completed or failed, which power-ups are used, and what went wrong when the Game crashed. We use this only to keep the Game working and to improve it. It is never used for advertising or profiling, and never to contact anyone.

• Data processed: a random identifier that Firebase creates for your installation (not an advertising identifier), device information (model, OS version, language), a coarse region derived from the IP address, gameplay events and crash reports.
• Advertising features are switched off: the Game does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) or the vendor identifier (IDFV), and ad storage and ad personalisation are disabled.
• Analytics data is deleted automatically after 2 months.
• The Android version of the Game does not use Firebase; it is switched off there.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Purchase receipts are validated by the platform.

Deleting your data

All game progress lives on your device, so uninstalling the Game deletes it. Analytics data is deleted automatically after 2 months, and uninstalling the Game resets the installation identifier. To request deletion of any data held by our advertising partners, write to dozkanart@gmail.com and we will pass the request on. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Game evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision.
