Voxel Orbit – Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-22 · Developer: Kyro Games · Contact: the support address shown on the App Store page

Voxel Orbit is a puzzle game for iPhone published by Kyro Games ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the game does and does not do with your data. We wrote it to be read in two minutes; the short version:

1. Data stored on your device only

The game writes these files to its private app container on your iPhone. They are not uploaded by the game, and deleting the app deletes them (iCloud device backups may include them, under your own Apple ID and settings):

We cannot see this data. If you delete the app, it is gone; we have no copy to restore.

2. Data collected through Firebase (when present)

Some builds of Voxel Orbit include Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. If the version you installed includes them (the App Store "App Privacy" section states this for each version), the following leaves your device and is processed by Google on our behalf:

What Examples Why
Install identifier a random Firebase app-instance ID, the Apple vendor identifier (IDFV) to count installs and sessions without knowing who you are
Game events level started / won / lost, TURBO pressed, input mode, session length, level number, remix cycle to see where players stop, which levels are too hard, whether features are used
Device and app information iPhone model, iOS version, app version, language, country derived from IP address, screen size to make the game work on every device we support
Crash reports stack trace, device state at the moment of a crash, app version to find and fix crashes

What we do not collect: your name, e-mail, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, health data, payment information, the advertising identifier (IDFA), or anything typed by you (the game has no text input).

We do not use this data for advertising, do not build a profile of you across other apps or websites, and do not sell it. Google processes it under the Firebase terms and the Google privacy policy. Google may store it on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under Google's standard data-transfer safeguards.

Retention. Event-level analytics data is kept by Firebase for 2 months (our Firebase setting), then deleted; aggregated reports may be kept longer. Crash reports are kept for 90 days.

Stopping collection. The game has no account to sign out of and, in this version, no in-app switch: deleting the app stops all collection immediately, and a new install gets a new Firebase identifier. To have the data already collected removed, see section 5.

3. What we never do

4. Children

Voxel Orbit is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). It is not listed in the App Store "Kids" category. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; the game never asks for any. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child's data has reached us through Firebase, e-mail the support address shown on the App Store page with the approximate install date and device and we will delete it.

5. Your rights and choices

Because there is no account, we cannot look up "your" data by name. What you can do:

6. Security

Data leaving the device travels over HTTPS. Firebase data is stored on Google's infrastructure with Google's security measures. We keep no separate database of players.

7. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, note it in the App Store "What's New" text of the version that introduces them.
